GENERAL TERMS
• These terms apply to all bookings made with Marcelle’s Cleaning Co.
• We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time.
• Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updated terms.

BOOKINGS
• Bookings can be made via phone, email, or message.
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• We may require basic service details before confirming your appointment.
• Quotes are not final until an in‑person inspection is completed.

PRICES & PAYMENT
• First Clean Deal: $35 per hour (new customers only).
• Standard Cleaning Rate: $40 per hour.
• Deep Cleaning Rate: $55 per hour.
• Add‑on services have fixed prices.
• Payment must be made within 7 days of the completed service.
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, cash, or card.
• Late payments may result in refusal of future bookings.

CANCELLATIONS
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $30 fee.
• No‑shows or inaccessible homes will be charged the minimum service rate.
• Frequent cancellations may lead to declined future bookings.

RESCHEDULING
• You may reschedule once without penalty if done more than 24 hours in advance.
• Same-day rescheduling is counted as a cancellation.

ACCESS TO YOUR HOME
• Clients must ensure safe and easy access to the property for the cleaning team.
• If entry is not possible, the booking will be charged as a no‑show.
• Pets must be secured for their safety and ours.
• We are not responsible for pets escaping or injuries if not properly secured.

SERVICE LIMITATIONS
• Cleaners work within the scheduled time booked.
• We do not move heavy furniture or clean hazardous materials.
• We do not clean unsafe areas such as mold infestation, animal waste, or bodily fluids.
• Specialty cleaning tasks must be agreed upon prior to the appointment.
• We do not guarantee real estate or bond inspection results.

QUALITY & SATISFACTION
• If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service.
• We may return to rectifie missed areas where reasonable.
• Refunds are not provided for completed services.

DAMAGES
• Our team takes great care in your home.
• Accidental damage must be reported to us within 24 hours.
• Marcelle’s Cleaning Co. is not responsible for items not properly secured or already damaged.
• We are not liable for normal wear and tear on surfaces or fixtures.

HEALTH & SAFETY
• Cleaners may refuse to service homes that are unsafe or unsanitary.
• Smoking, drug use, or abusive behaviour towards staff will result in immediate termination of service.

OUR RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if:
• Conditions are unsafe
• Payment is overdue
• The customer is disrespectful or aggressive
• Repeated cancellations occur
